1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bratsusecureops.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Services
Bratsu SecureOps LLC provides managed IT support, cybersecurity monitoring, and related services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. The specific scope, SLAs, and pricing for your engagement are defined in your signed service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, cooperating with onboarding and deployment procedures, and designating an authorized point of contact. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance as specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bratsu SecureOps LLC provides security services on a best-effort basis using industry-standard tools and practices. We do not guarantee that all security threats will be prevented or detected. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed three months of fees paid under your current plan.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Bratsu SecureOps may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
