Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bratsusecureops.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Services
Bratsu SecureOps LLC provides managed IT support, cybersecurity monitoring, and related services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. The specific scope, SLAs, and pricing for your engagement are defined in your signed service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, cooperating with onboarding and deployment procedures, and designating an authorized point of contact. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance as specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bratsu SecureOps LLC provides managed IT and cybersecurity services on a best-effort basis using industry-standard tools and practices. No service provider can guarantee the prevention or detection of all security threats, incidents, or data loss events. Services are designed to improve visibility, resilience, and response readiness — not to eliminate all risk. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed three months of fees paid under your current plan.
5a. Service Scope and No-Guarantee Disclaimer
Response times stated in plan descriptions are targets, not guarantees, and apply to business hours unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement. Compliance readiness guidance is advisory in nature. Bratsu SecureOps does not certify compliance, provide legal advice, or guarantee audit outcomes. Customers are responsible for final compliance decisions and should consult qualified legal and compliance professionals for formal regulatory requirements.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Bratsu SecureOps may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Bratsu SecureOps LLC is registered.
9. AI-Assisted Features
Our platform may include AI-assisted features (chatbots, advisory summaries, compliance guidance). AI responses are informational only and may require human review. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. Users should independently verify AI-generated content before acting on it.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
