What happens if I need more than 50 devices?

Contact me directly and I'll put together a custom quote based on your environment. Larger environments are evaluated individually.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Onboarding is included in your first month. There are no activation fees, no setup charges, and no long-term contracts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. There are no cancellation penalties. I ask for 30 days notice so I can offboard properly.

What do the response time targets mean?

Response targets apply to support tickets submitted during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Central). These are initial acknowledgment targets, not resolution guarantees. Automated monitoring and alerting runs continuously. Human review and response follows business-hours availability unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.

Do you support Macs and Windows both?

Yes. Endpoint protection, monitoring, and patch management support both Windows and macOS. Mixed environments are handled without issue.

What if something breaks outside business hours?

Automated monitoring runs 24/7 and alerts are generated around the clock. Human review and response happens during business hours. For after-hours emergencies I make my best effort to respond quickly, but after-hours support is not guaranteed for any plan tier.
